I visited Portland over the Thanksgiving holiday as well. As charming and beautiful as Portland is, it is super gritty, too. The city reminded me to be grateful for what I have and to remain focused on what I want for my future.

I visited my old home city of San Francisco over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is strange to return to a place after being gone for a while and to discover that it is still in much the same condition that it was in while you had lived there.

I must admit that I wish I had left it in black and white. Sometimes less is more AND even better!

I had another busy week this past week, but my art class definitely made everything better. #ArtTherapy

I made a Halloween-inspired sketch. I had my doubts when trying out the new technique, but I personally think that it turned out great.
