Change, Change, and More Change!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of changes are in the works right now. Parts of me are quite nervous because there are so many variables in life that I cannot control. However, I know that I have what it takes to navigate through the upcoming changes successfully. And this particular time of instability has fortunately forced me to reflect on the fact that I stupidly expect stability and permanence from things that are, by design, very fleeting and volatile--which will only lead me to a state of panic and frustration. Luckily, I have my love of art and adventure to help me make it through these confusing times. Here is to growing from instability!
